Tony Zeoli is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group who concentrates his practice in the areas of banking and commercial finance, securities, real estate, and general corporate law. He is an industry leader in the area of crowdfunding, in particular with respect to real estate crowdfunding, peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, and Regulation A+ offerings. He has most recently drafted a bill to allow for an intrastate crowdfunding exemption in Illinois which was unanimously passed by the Illinois House of Representatives and the Illinois Senate.

Mitch Carrel is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing public and private companies, land owners, developers and investors and helping them secure land use and zoning approvals, public incentives, local regulatory and siting approvals, as well as performing zoning due diligence. He also serves as the CEO & Chairman of Proxfinity, a smart technology wearable offering event analytics for event organizers with a smart badge that facilitates networking for business events.

Ken Crane is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He is a deal lawyer who represents private equity, venture capital and family office–backed companies, focusing on acquisition and sale transactions. Ken gets involved at all stages in the business growth and succession process, from acquisition, capital raising, financing and growth equity transactions, strategic partnering and joint ventures, to pre-sale and succession planning.

Rita Garry serves as Senior Counsel and is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. She specializes in corporate and business enterprise law, including M&A, business sales, joint venture, corporate governance and succession planning, securities, finance, private placements and crowdfunding.


Andy Goldstein is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group. He focuses his practice in the area of Intellectual Property and Information Technology.
